These terms apply to every order placed on dallkaf.com. Dallkaf is the studio of artist Dalal Almoqadem in Mohandessin, Cairo, Egypt. By placing an order, you agree to them.

The pieces

Every piece is painted by hand on natural shells and starfish. We photograph pieces as accurately as we can, but colors can look slightly different on different screens, and no two shells are exactly alike. Frame and shell-size options are made to the option you choose.

Prices and payment

• All prices are in Egyptian pounds (EGP).
• Payment is cash on delivery: you pay the courier when your order arrives.
• We may change prices on the site at any time, but the price you see when you place your order is the price you pay.
• If we listed a price in clear error, we will contact you before dispatch and you can choose to go ahead at the correct price or cancel.

Orders

After you order, we call the phone number you gave us to confirm before we dispatch. We may cancel an order if we cannot reach you, or if a piece turns out to be unavailable. In that case you pay nothing.

Delivery

• We deliver to every governorate in Egypt. Delivery costs EGP 70, and is free on orders over EGP 2,000.
• Orders usually leave the studio within 1–2 working days. Delivery times shown on the site are estimates.
• You can also choose free pickup from our studio in Mohandessin, Cairo, at checkout.
• Please make sure someone is available to receive the order and pay the courier. If a delivery is refused without reason, we may ask for delivery fees to be paid before sending future orders.

Returns

Returns and refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

Trade and commissions

Prices shown on the Trade page are indicative only. Commissioned work is quoted per project and confirmed in writing, including price, size, timeline, and any deposit, before work begins.

Artwork and images

All designs, photos, and text on this site belong to Dallkaf and may not be copied or used commercially without our written permission. Buying a piece gives you the piece itself, not the right to reproduce its design.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
