Every Dallkaf piece is one of a kind, so we can't offer change-of-mind returns. Once a shell finds its home, there's no restocking it. What we do promise: if your piece arrives damaged, it's on us. Send a photo of the piece and its packaging to hello@dallkaf.com within 48 hours of delivery and we'll replace it with a piece of equal value, or refund you in full. And with cash on delivery, you're welcome to inspect the parcel with the courier before you pay.

We ship to every governorate in Egypt, cash on delivery: you pay the courier when your order arrives. Each piece is wrapped by hand, cushioned, and double-boxed in our Alexandria studio before it travels. Orders leave the studio within 1–2 business days; delivery usually takes 2–4 days to Cairo and Alexandria and 3–6 days elsewhere. Prefer to collect in person? Choose local pickup at checkout and visit us in Alexandria: no shipping fee, and we'll have it wrapped and waiting.

Your piece began as a real seashell gathered on the Egyptian coast. We clean and cure each shell, paint it by hand with artist-grade acrylics, and seal it with a protective varnish so the colors keep their depth. Because no two shells are alike and we never repeat a design, small variations in shape, texture, and tone aren't flaws. They're the proof it's yours alone. To keep it beautiful: dust gently with a dry cloth, and keep it out of direct sunlight and away from water.
